We understand that sometimes placements may not work out as planned. The Hindustan Consultancy Services (THCS) is committed to your satisfaction. In the event that a placed candidate does not meet your expectations within the initial probationary period, we will work diligently to find a suitable replacement, free of charge. Our replacement policy is valid for a period of 90 days to 60 days after the company has cleared the payout for the initial placement.
